Expression of Interest & Junior Sign On 2012
Please find attached the Expression of Interest Form for 2012. Please fill in and return to Jayne Shallcross by email fitzshal@optusnet.com.au as soon as possible to allow the Junior Committee to begin to organise teams and coaches for the start of the 2012 hockey season. Note, if any of the Junior level players are interested in also playing in the Senior/Women's Competition (and for Juniors moving up into the Senior competition this year), please indicate on the attached form so that we can ensure that you receive information regarding seniors trials and training.
